Founder Succession for Independent Biomedical Equipment Services
A long-term home for founder-owned biomedical and imaging service businesses. We partner with independent service organizations (ISOs) serving hospitals and healthcare providers, preserving founder legacies while investing in long-term growth.

About Solidity Lane
Solidity Lane is an operator-led fund founded by Jean Guo to build long-term ownership of independent service organizations (ISOs) in biomedical equipment repair. Solidity Lane exists to help independent, founder-led businesses stay independent: preserving the team, the culture, and the legacy the founder built, rather than folding the business into a larger platform that erases what made it work.
About Jean
Jean Guo comes from a family-business background and understands firsthand what it takes to build and transition a business. She previously advised health systems as a healthcare strategy consultant before founding and scaling Konexio across more than 40 cities internationally. Over the past year, Jean has immersed herself in the HTM industry, building relationships with clinical engineering and biomedical leaders through AAMI eXchange and other industry events. She holds a BA in Human Biology and Economics from Stanford University and dual Master's degrees from Harvard Business School and Harvard Kennedy School.

Operator Network
We measure success by where the business is ten years from now, not what it could sell for in three.
Your team, culture, and customer relationships stay intact.
Led by someone who has built, run, and transitioned her own company, and understands what succession really means.
We invest in technician capacity, systems, and hospital relationships — and connect you to a growing network of independent partners who share what works.
Our network includes experienced healthcare executives, HTM leaders, and operators who have built, managed, and supported service businesses across the biomedical ecosystem.
